Kate Myers

Kate is passionate about helping people find wholeness in mind, body, and spirit, guided by her deep faith in God. This calling was formed through serving in girls' ministry in her early twenties and grew stronger as she embraced motherhood. She believes that God has designed each of us with a unique purpose, and she seeks to help others step into optimal health and wholeness.

Her experiences with her own health journey and pregnancies have given her valuable insights into women’s health. One of the challenges many women face during their reproductive years is aligning their personal goals with the recommendations of healthcare providers. As a doula and hormone coach, Kate is committed to informing, educating, and equipping women to make the best decisions for their bodies, babies, and families. She believes that women can walk away feeling confident in the choices they make, trusting that God's provision meets them at every turn.

Kate doesn’t claim to have all the answers or to have experienced everything. However, she believes that through prayer and thoughtful discussion together, you will ask the important questions, listen, learn, and explore all options. In doing so, she will help guide you toward your desired destination. She looks forward to the opportunity to serve and walk alongside you in this beautiful journey.

LOVES: talking about birth and hormones, spending time with her husband and two young children, cooking warm, nourishing meals for family and friends, gathering around the table, sipping a cup of Elemental coffee, and having meaningful conversations about life.
