What do our standard birth doula services include?
DURING PREGNANCY

Before hiring your doula, you will have the opportunity to have a consultation to meet and decide if you’re the right fit for each other. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the services your doula would be providing.

Your standard birth doula package comes with 2 prenatal meetings. One between 28-32 weeks and one at 36 weeks.

When you hire an Expectant doula, you will have access to our ever-growing resource lists including: monthly guides, local provider/resources, recommended books & education tools, and more.

When you hire an Expectant doula, you will receive our very own birth prep workbook for free! This workbook has been intentionally put together to help you navigate your journey with intentionality, wisdom, and confidence.

You will have unlimited support via phone/email from the moment you hire your doula to up to 3 months postpartum.
DURING LABOR

Whether you’re birthing at home, a birth center, or a hospital you will receive on-call, in-person, continuous support through your labor and 1-2 hours postpartum.There are no time limits or additional fees for length of labor. Your doula will provide physical, emotional, informational, & relational support.

Your standard birth doula package comes with 2 prenatal meetings. One between 28-32 weeks and one at 36 weeks.

Each doula will make an effort to capture your labor and birth with non-professional unedited photos with a phone camera.

Your doula will take note of the time of events of your labor and birth. You will receive a keep-sake copy of your notes to help you piece together your birth story.
POSTPARTUM

Your doula will provide 1-2 hours of support immediately after the baby is born. She will help you with bonding, breastfeeding, and make sure you are settled with all that you need.

Within the first 2 weeks postpartum, your doula will come and meet with you in your home. This meeting is a good place to process your birth, get help with feeding your baby, and check in with healing and emotional well-being.

Your doula will be available via phone within the first 3 months postpartum to help you navigate the 4th trimester.
